Latino Summit 2026.

A statewide gathering for the Delaware Hispanic Commission. Months of buildup. Custom sponsor system. Full event coverage. One of our flagship projects.

The mission

Together We Are Strong. #JuntosSomosFuertes.

The Latino Summit is the Delaware Hispanic Commission's signature event, the state's official advisory body on Hispanic affairs reporting to the Governor's office. The 2026 edition drew roughly 600 Latino leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and sponsors to the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington on May 19, 2026, under the theme Together We Are Strong. The commission came to us to do more than film the day. They wanted a campaign that put the community on the map before anyone walked through the door.

Our role

The full scope, end to end.

The Summit wasn't a one-camera job. We sat at the table with the Commission from kickoff to load-out. Coordination, planning, creative direction, production, post, and the campaign that ran in the weeks leading up to the day.

Coordination

Calendar, run-of-show, vendor liaison, sponsor sequencing, talent scheduling with the Commission and partner orgs.

Planning

Shot lists, story arcs, the Yo Soy Latino release calendar, sponsor tier mapping, day-of crew assignments.

Production

Multi-camera coverage. On-location Yo Soy Latino profiles across Delaware. Full Summit-day capture at Chase Center.

Creative

Series identity, the tiered sponsor animation system, motion design for every logo treatment, deck and program collateral.

Promotion

Pre-Summit roll-out of the Yo Soy Latino series across Commission channels, partner accounts, and the participating businesses.

And more

Pre-event teasers, sponsor recap reels, finale film, archive delivery for the Commission and the Mexican consulate.

The buildup

Yo Soy Latino.

A community-led video series profiling real Latino business owners across Delaware. Each subject in their own space, in their own words, on the work they built. The series ran in the weeks leading up to the Summit and became the loudest pre-event signal we've ever published.

The finale

Every voice, one verse.

Carlos De Los Ramos narrates as the voice of the Delaware Hispanic Commission. Six community voices weave through the cut: Julieta Zavala, Miguel Tapia Collin, Hope López, José Aguilar, Tabitha Castro, and José Colón.

Featuring every Yo Soy Latino subject + community voices.

"Latinos shared stories of how we formed the future, honored our roots. We are artists. Dreamers. United through diversity with vision, creating something bigger than us. Every journey matters. Together we are stronger."

We are Delawareans. We are Latinos. We are the voice of the Hispanic Commission.

The day

Full event coverage.

On Summit day, we covered the room end-to-end. Keynote, panels, ceremony, sponsor activations, sidebar conversations. The deliverable was a highlight film plus a library of stills and cuts the Commission could keep using long after the doors closed.

Highlight film coming. Will replace this block once the master cut is approved.

Reach

What the work moved.

The Yo Soy Latino series put real Delaware Latino business owners in front of the community before the Summit doors opened. The pre-event signal carried into attendance, sponsor confidence, and statewide press pickup.
