Signature Dining

Jackson House
The room earned it. The content hadn't.
The Films
Selected pieces from this campaign.
The signature piece
The Bison Ribeye film
Their highest-priced plate deserved more than a phone shot. Slow pacing, candlelight, plating that reads as refined as what's on it.
A portrait of the bar program
An Evening with Selena
Most restaurants hide bar talent behind a cocktail menu. We put Selena on camera. The regulars already know her. Now the internet does too.
The top performer
Passionfruit Salmon
A $46 plate filmed right. 192 people stopped and stayed with it for three hours of total watch time. The work pays for itself in the first reservation it books.

The Challenge
What was happening
CIA-trained chef. $46 salmon. $100 tasting menus. The profile was holiday graphics, wing deals, and food drive flyers. A presence that could have been any bar in Delaware. The room was earning it. The photography and video said otherwise.
Our Approach
Cinematic films for the signatures. Bar portraits for the program. Editorial photos built to match what guests found when they walked through the door.
The Outcome
Reservations up 17% the same quarter. Three hours of watch time on one dish. The production started doing the work the room had always deserved.
The Work
Selected pieces from the campaign
What else changed during the engagement.
- New seasonal tasting menu launched in month two of the engagement.
- Bar program expanded with Selena's signature cocktail list during the window.
- Standard operating rhythm otherwise held. No staffing or location changes.
Full credit, not hype. Numbers move because operators, kitchens, and marketing move together. We show what else shifted so the work reads honest.
